Sometimes, this is due to bad cache of the app. To solve this:
(1) Go to "Settings", "Applications", find the app "JW Library"
(2) Under "Application Information", find the section "Cache", tab on "Clear Cache"*
*"Clear Cache" is different from "Clear Data". Cache is just temporary system data. However, "Data" includes your downloads and annotations which are your personal data.
If the above simple steps does not fix the problem, try restart your device. Usually this is by press and hold the power button. Then, choose restart/reboot.
If restarting your device does not help, you may really need to "Clear Data" or uninstall and then reinstall your JW Library app.
